Welcome to MODA boutique's FAQ section where we provide answers to common inquiries. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

  • Incorrect Address Provided
    If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the carrier. However you may be able to contact the carrier (found on your tracking) to request any updates. If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP at moda.boutique2024@gmail.com and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.
  • How long does it take for Moda Boutique to ship my order and are there additional shipping costs?
    At Moda Boutique, we strive to provide a fast and hassle-free shopping experience despite our smaller scale operations. All items are shipped within 24-72 hours after the time of purchase, depending on the volume of orders we are receiving. Shipping rates and applicable taxes may vary depending on the county or state where you reside. Moda Boutique ensures full compliance with all local regulations regarding shipping and taxes. Please note that you will be informed of the exact shipping costs during the checkout process. We are committed to offering both style and affordability, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible.
  • Return to Sender
    If your package is automatically returned to the sender by the postal service, our returns team at Moda Boutique will promptly contact you upon receiving it. This usually occurs when the carrier has attempted to make multiple deliveries without success or if your package has been waiting for collection at your local post office and has now been returned. We will arrange either redelivery of your order or issue a store credit, based on your preference and our policy. This way, you never miss out on the stylish and affordable clothing that MODA Boutique has to offer. Please Note: MODA is NOT responsible for any additional shipping costs in the case this situation occurs.
  • Order Not Received
    If you have received notification that your delivery has arrived, be sure to check around the front of your shipping address, behind your mailbox, behind plant pots etc, we also recommend checking with your neighbors or building manager to ensure it hasn't been collected on your behalf. MODA Boutique is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the postal services have delivered to your address.
  • Shipping & Tracking
    Once you place an order with Moda Boutique and your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an initial confirmation email. This email signifies that your card has been charged and your order has been placed, but please note, it is not an indication that your order has been shipped. We will send you a separate email containing your tracking information once your order is dispatched. From there, you are responsible for setting up any additional tracking notifications with the shipping/transit carrier. This dual-email system ensures you are fully informed about the status of your order, from the moment of purchase to the point of delivery.
